Damaged Items
You must notify us within a reasonable period after delivery if any item arrives damaged. If we agree the item is damaged, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price or arrange for a replacement. We may request photographic evidence of the damage.
If return of the damaged goods is required, we will provide instructions on how to return them at no cost to you. Returned goods should be sent back in accordance with our instructions.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, you must notify us promptly. Once confirmed, we will either send the correct item or refund you for the item not received. Items sent in error should be returned following our return instructions, where applicable.
